Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of North Carolina
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
