Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5x8s, 40 Hours per Week

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for adult, adolescent, and geriatric patient populations
• Manage a caseload of approximately 11–12 visits per day, totaling approximately 55 visits per week
• Perform fall risk assessments and implement appropriate intervention plans
• Deliver case management, group/concurrent therapy, and caseload screening and building
• Document patient care and progress using NextGen EHR
• Apply orthopedic clinical skills across a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions including post-operative care, joint replacement, and spine-related diagnoses

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maryland or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency in orthopedic physical therapy across conditions such as ACL tear, rotator cuff repair, disc herniation, total joint replacement, generalized low back pain, and related diagnoses
• Experience with fall risk assessment and evaluation methodologies
• Ability to meet productivity expectations of 11–12 visits per day

• Prior experience with NextGen EHR documentation platform
• Experience with group or concurrent therapy models
• Background in caseload screening and development within an outpatient orthopedic setting
