Key Responsibilities
Prioritize and conduct start of care visits with next-day mandatory reporting
Complete clinical notes and all required documentation within 48 hours of each visit
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in the field
Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office staff during normal business hours
Meet a productivity requirement of 30 points per week, with caseloads and visit mixes averaging 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
Utilize Kinnser documentation system for all clinical recordkeeping
Required Qualifications
Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
Minimum of one year of home health experience
Ability to cover the assigned territory and expand coverage area as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with OASIS documentation including start of care, recertification, resumption of care, and discharge assessments
Familiarity with the Kinnser electronic documentation platform
Experience supervising Physical Therapy Assistants in a home health setting
