Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes
- Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific requirements throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license required
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements
- Must obtain a permanent state license; compact license may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient or clinic-based therapy environment
- Familiarity with travel or contract therapy assignment workflows and documentation standards
