Physical Therapist – Travel (Acute Care)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days (Hours Vary) | Onsite | 15-Week Assignment | Two Weekend Days Per Month (Sunday)
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services in an acute care setting
- Evaluate and treat patients following surgical procedures
- Deliver therapy services to ICU patients as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning
Required Qualifications- Active Florida Physical Therapist license – must be in hand prior to start
- Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
- Acute care experience required
- Credentialing must be completed one week prior to start date
- Two weeks notice required upon assignment conclusion
Preferred Experience / Skills- Post-surgical patient care experience
- ICU physical therapy experience
