Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Thursday 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities- Provide primarily outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation
- Deliver care to geriatric and neurological patient populations as needed
- Participate in a blended care model that may include outpatient, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings
- Float within the contracted facility or to nearby affiliate facilities as required
- Document patient care and progress using Epic electronic health records
Required Qualifications- Valid California Physical Therapist license (must be in hand at time of submission)
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic, acute care, or inpatient rehabilitation settings
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
- Willingness to float between sister facilities as needed
- Ability to work 2 of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
- Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years
Preferred Experience / Skills- Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
- Prior travel therapy experience or comfort working across multiple care settings
- Experience with geriatric or neurological patient populations
