    Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage a caseload of approximately 10–12 scheduled patients per day, typically seeing 8–11, with a mix of evaluations and follow-up appointments in 30- and 45-minute sessions
    • Deliver primarily outpatient physical therapy with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation
    • Provide care to geriatric and neurological patient populations as needed
    • Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Float between affiliated facilities within the region as operationally required
    • Complete required onboarding and annual compliance modules prior to and during assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Valid California Physical Therapist license (must be in hand at time of submission)
    • Minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience
    • Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
    • Willingness to float to sister or affiliate facilities nearby as needed
    • Availability to work two out of three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
    • Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years required prior to start
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
    • Background in acute care or inpatient rehabilitation settings will also be considered
    • Experience working across blended or multi-setting clinical environments
