Deliver primarily outpatient physical therapy with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation
Provide care to geriatric and neurological patient populations as needed
Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Float between affiliated facilities within the region as operationally required
Complete required onboarding and annual compliance modules prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications
Valid California Physical Therapist license (must be in hand at time of submission)
Minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience
Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
Willingness to float to sister or affiliate facilities nearby as needed
Availability to work two out of three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years required prior to start
