Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes
- Adhere to all credentialing, compliance, and facility-specific onboarding requirements prior to assignment start
Required Qualifications- Active, permanent South Carolina Physical Therapist license required — compact licensure alone is not accepted
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements
- Willingness to complete any facility-specific documentation requirements outside of standard clearance processes prior to assignment start
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full patient caseload efficiently while maintaining documentation standards
