Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Full-Time (30 hours guaranteed per week)
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
Required Qualifications- Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments
