Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start
- Must have been separated from any prior employment at this facility type for at least one year to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with outpatient EMR systems
