Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services in a short-term acute care hospital setting
- Evaluate and treat patients on a 1:1 ratio across assigned units
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient goals and clinical standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies
Required Qualifications- Valid Physical Therapist state license (compact license must be active and in hand at time of submission)
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Acute care experience required
- Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center environment
- Familiarity with acute care workflows and high-acuity patient populations
