Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services during a facility-wide transition to the EPIC electronic health records system
- Support continuity of patient care throughout the EHR implementation period
- Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes within EPIC
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless workflow during the system transition
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
- Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of California required
- Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS) certification required
- Recent hands-on experience with both EPIC and Cerner electronic health record systems required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a facility undergoing an EHR system transition
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving workflows in a fast-paced clinical environment
