Key Responsibilities- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
- Accurately and timely document all therapy services provided
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support optimal outcomes
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active state Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to varying schedules, patient populations, and facility environments
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility setting
- Experience supervising or mentoring PTAs or Rehab Technicians
