Position Type: 13-Week Contract
Weekly Gross:$2,600–$2,760 (Based on 40 Hours)
We are actively seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join an Outpatient facility in Lincoln, Michigan for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative rehabilitation environment.
Key Assignment Details:Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift Options: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy interventions
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Active Michigan Physical Therapist License (LARA/Nursys)
BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
Outpatient Physical Therapy Experience – Required
Physical Therapy Experience – Required
Acute Care Experience – Highly Preferred
Candidates must reside outside the facility's 50-mile radius
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Current Work History
Skills Checklist (within the last year, PT specialty)
Two Supervisory Reference Forms (completed within the last two years)
Active Michigan PT License Documentation
Active AHA BLS Certification Documentation
