Position Overview
Medical Edge Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a growing Acute Care team in Liberal, Kansas. In this role, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and enhance patients' overall quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and family members regarding treatment goals, exercises, and recovery expectations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to all facility policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards of practice
Qualifications
- Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
- Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
