Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including pelvic health, general orthopedics, post-operative, vestibular, and gait/balance cases
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits expected
• Meet a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Float to alternate clinic locations as needed
• Obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Kentucky (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; new graduates will not be considered
• Ability to meet established productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Willingness and ability to float to other clinic locations as required

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience treating pelvic health, vestibular, or post-operative patient populations
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

• Guaranteed 36-hour work week with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours
• Exposure to a varied outpatient patient population across multiple specialty areas
