Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Jersey
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
- Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a split or multi-setting therapy role
- Strong documentation and electronic medical records skills
