Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Monday through Friday | Full-Time Hours
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Hampshire or eligibility for licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Must comply with facility badging and identification requirements at all times
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
