Key Responsibilities
Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Monitor and report patient progress toward established therapy goals
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada (permanent license required)
Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
Candidates must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
Familiarity with outpatient documentation platforms and electronic medical records
