Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across multiple skilled nursing facility (SNF) locations
• Travel between assigned facilities as part of a multi-site coverage arrangement
• Deliver hands-on rehabilitation services to optimize patient health and function
• Complete required onboarding training prior to beginning patient care activities
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of North Dakota or ability to obtain prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to travel to multiple SNF locations as required by the assignment
• Reliable transportation for inter-facility travel

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Experience with traveling or multi-site therapy assignments
