    Job Title

    Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation (Travel Contract)

    Location

    Lancaster, Pennsylvania

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | Day Shift | 13 Weeks | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Weekend hours as needed | No call requirements

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct physical therapy services to inpatient rehabilitation patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, amputation, trauma, and orthopedic injury
    • Manage a caseload of up to 6 patients per shift within an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting
    • Develop and implement individualized, intensive rehabilitation treatment plans tailored to each patient's recovery goals
    • Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately within the facility's EHR system (EPIC/UDS)
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care throughout the recovery journey
    Required Qualifications
    • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license valid for practice in Pennsylvania
    • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience; new graduates will not be considered
    • Prior inpatient experience in an IRF, SNF, or acute care setting is required
    • Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to EPIC/UDS electronic health record documentation
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a dedicated inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) environment
    • Familiarity with treating neurological and orthopedic patient populations in an acute rehabilitation setting
