Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
Required Qualifications- Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work day shift in an onsite hospital setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in an acute care or hospital-based setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
