Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patient mobility and function
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo identification badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract assignment
- Availability to work Monday through Friday day shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
- Strong documentation and patient communication skills
