Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Required Qualifications- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract assignment with a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical setting
- Strong documentation and electronic medical record skills
