Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Schedule: Sunday through Saturday
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at a long-term care facility in Barrington, MA. In this role, you will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to help improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:Conduct patient evaluations and establish personalized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training
Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy programs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts
Experience in long-term care preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload
