Physical Therapist – Outpatient
LocationCarbondale, CO
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Four 10-hour shifts per week, schedule will vary and includes Saturdays
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
- Implement treatment programs aimed at improving patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs to support continued recovery
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to accommodate patient volume and reduce wait times
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy
- Current Colorado Physical Therapy licensure (DORA) or a compact license valid for Colorado
- Minimum of two years of physical therapy experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
Preferred Experience / Skills- Three to five years of physical therapy experience
- Prior experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
