Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 13-Week Assignment | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients to restore, maintain, and improve mobility and physical function
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Montana or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working with veteran or geriatric patient populations
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
