Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercise programs to promote patient recovery
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon (permanent license required; compact license not accepted)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
- 30-day notice requirement upon assignment conclusion
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
