Key Responsibilities
Provide inpatient rehabilitation physical therapy services to an adult patient population with diagnoses including neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, and fall-related conditions
Manage a caseload of up to 8 patients per shift, collaborating with therapy assistants and rehabilitation technicians
Perform point-of-care documentation accurately and in a timely manner using the facility's EHR system
Apply GG Scoring knowledge in functional assessment and documentation
Utilize specialized rehabilitation equipment including Vector, Litegait, Saeto, InMotion ARM, Senaptec Sensory, and Technobody systems
Float to a sister facility as needed (approximately 8 miles away)
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Proficiency in point-of-care documentation
Knowledge of GG Scoring methodology
Strong time management skills in a fast-paced inpatient rehabilitation environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) setting
Familiarity with UDS electronic health record system
Experience treating neurological, orthopedic, and cardiac patient populations
