Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in alignment with plan of care goals
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in a physical therapy outpatient or relevant clinical setting
- Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start
- Ability to commit to a 40-hour guaranteed workweek schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient physical therapy environment
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
