Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including general orthopedics, post-operative, chronic pain, BPPV, athletic, and pelvic health cases
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
• Float to other clinic locations within the assigned region as needed
• Obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Kentucky (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment
• Willingness and ability to float to multiple clinic locations within the region

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience treating orthopedic, post-operative, and pelvic health patient populations

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours
