Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in accordance with plan of care
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start
- Must have been separated from any prior employment at this facility type for at least one year if previously employed there
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation platforms
