Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy treatments to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve residents' functional abilities and quality of life
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals and care plans
Required Qualifications- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification through NBCOT
- Valid Wisconsin state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems used in SNF environments
