Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Part-Time (35 hours guaranteed per week)
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Illinois or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Familiarity with a variety of patient populations and care settings
