Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday | Flexible start date; 13–26 week contract duration | Schedule options include 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10; must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a clinical setting
- Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
- Conduct evaluations scheduled at 1 hour and treatments scheduled at 2 per hour
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Raintree EMR
- Deliver patient-centered care in alignment with facility protocols and standards
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BSPT) or higher
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient experience post-clinicals, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals
- Ability to complete required pre-assignment compliance modules prior to start
- Availability to work 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Raintree EMR
- Prior travel therapy or contract assignment experience
