Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel Contract

Job Overview:
We are actively seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a 14-week travel assignment in Fall River, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility and make a meaningful impact on patient care.
Assignment Details:
- Shift: Day Shift
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Days: Flexible (Sunday through Saturday coverage)
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours/week
- Contract Duration: 14 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Active Massachusetts PT License
- BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
