Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Massachusetts or eligibility for licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment with a 35-hour weekly guarantee
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume or fast-paced clinical setting
• Experience with diverse patient populations across varying acuity levels
