Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient or clinic-based setting
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized patient treatment plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to all credentialing, compliance, and quality assurance requirements for the assignment
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license valid in Alaska (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in a physical therapy clinical setting
- Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start
- Completion of any facility-required documentation outside of standard onboarding clearance
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous travel or contract physical therapy experience
- Familiarity with outpatient physical therapy workflows and documentation standards
