Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services primarily in an outpatient hospital setting
- Deliver inpatient physical therapy services as needed
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Experience working in a hospital-based outpatient or inpatient setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in both outpatient and inpatient hospital environments
- Strong documentation and communication skills
