Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a high-volume outpatient or orthopedic therapy environment
- Familiarity with contract assignment workflows and travel therapy experience
