Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
- Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific requirements throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license — permanent state licensure required
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements
- Candidates must not have worked at this facility within the past year in a permanent or PRN capacity
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous travel therapy experience in an outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and workflows
