• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients across applicable care settings
• Administer evaluations, tests, and therapeutic treatments in accordance with plan of care
• Develop realistic, functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations
• Apply appropriate modalities and procedures with demonstrated knowledge of indications and contraindications
• Monitor and document patient progress toward established functional goals

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Michigan
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Demonstrated knowledge of physical therapy modalities, procedures, indications, and contraindications
• Ability to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans

• Prior experience in an acute care, outpatient, or rehabilitation setting
• Strong patient and family communication and education skills
