Physical Therapist – Pelvic Health Specialty

Key Responsibilities- Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction, utilizing 60-minute evaluation and treatment sessions
- Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines
- Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs support effective return to community activities
- Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers; participate in student programs by providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations as assigned
- Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all regulatory requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and fulfill all state-mandated continuing education requirements
- Float to one additional clinic location as needed to support outpatient caseload
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Ohio
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings
- Proficiency in pelvic health specialty practice
- Ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Strong clinical documentation skills in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation or pelvic health specialty programming
- Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies and quality initiatives in a clinical setting
- Experience supervising or mentoring Physical Therapy students in a clinical rotation
