Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Alabama (permanent license required; compact license alone is not sufficient)
- Prior experience in an outpatient or similar physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
- Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with outpatient therapy workflows and electronic documentation systems
