Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and rehabilitative procedures
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required on-site at all times
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract with a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a facility-based or clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams
