Physical Therapist – Outpatient
LocationCharleston, SC
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday (No Weekends, No On-Call) | 5x8-Hour Shifts (varied end times across the week)
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to a diverse patient population
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and clinical best practices
- Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using Epic electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, dress code standards, and all required pre-start training modules
Required Qualifications- Active South Carolina PT license or Multistate Compact PT license in hand at time of start
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
- Ability to adhere to facility scheduling requirements and compliance timelines
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior outpatient clinic experience strongly preferred
- Neurological (neuro) physical therapy experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Epic charting system
