Schedule / Job TypeContract (26 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No Weekend or Holiday Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Provide 45-minute one-on-one physical therapy treatments in an outpatient setting
- Perform evaluations and manage recurring patient schedules
- Treat a wide variety of diagnoses with a primary focus on orthopedic conditions
- Manage cancellations and no-shows to maintain an efficient daily schedule
- Collaborate with rehab aides and PTAs while maintaining 1:1 treatment standards
- Participate in department-specific orientation during the first week onsite
Required Qualifications- Active Colorado Physical Therapy license or valid Compact PT license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
- Experience as a well-versed, independent Physical Therapist
- Ability to manage a full caseload of approximately 9 patients per day
- Must reside within 60 miles of the facility; valid driver's license required
- Must be available and present in-state for the full week of orientation
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic or community rehabilitation setting
- Comfort treating a broad variety of diagnoses in a small community clinic environment
