Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts with Weekend Rotation | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide acute care physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver therapeutic interventions aligned with physician orders and patient goals
- Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in weekend rotation as part of scheduled shift coverage
- Complete required facility orientation modules during onboarding
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license — must be in hand at time of submittal
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care physical therapy
- Must be able to pass a facility-administered drug screen upon arrival, including marijuana and CBD products
- Must be available to complete required compliance and lab items within 72 hours of accepting an offer
- Current certification verification required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Altera charting system
- Prior travel therapy experience
