Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 13–26 Week Assignment | 40 Hours/Week Guaranteed | Flexible scheduling options including 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10; must be available for up to 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a high-volume clinical setting
- Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week, with treatments scheduled at 2 per hour and evaluations at 1 hour
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Raintree EMR
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluation findings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience post-clinicals, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting post-clinicals
- Availability to work up to 2 evenings per week (until 7:00 PM)
- Ability to commit to a 13–26 week contract with a 30-day cancellation notice requirement
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience using Raintree EMR
- Experience managing high patient volume in an outpatient orthopedic or general outpatient setting
