Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, No Weekends, No Holidays | 40 Hours per Week | Rotating Daily Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; Tuesday, Thursday 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to a caseload of approximately 8–10 patients per day
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Active Physical Therapist license issued by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professions
- Current CPR/AED certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in orthopedic physical therapy
